Holy crap. I just had a work meeting with 5 people AND ALL FIVE WERE WOMEN. I think this might be the first time I've ever had a meeting in a professional space where 5 women weren't ~women~, but just 5 game developers, just doing our jobs. That's kinda sad. But also amazing.

I once went to a meeting (of an engineering team ) and we were 50-50 ratio. And I already found that shocking!
I almost cried on my first day at @King_Games when I realised that I had more female engineers in my little morning-standup gathering than we'd had in my entire previous studio (of over 200 people).
