Seriously if you fail to understand how fundamental to game development the QA craft is you really don’t understand games. Doubly so if you work in the industry. QA is just as much part of the development process and they ARE game developers too! Don’t @ me.

I think it partially falls into the same category of forgetting audio is a key part of game development also. And let’s not start on community developers / managers not being considered part of the dev team!

Yeah, audio is similar to UX in that sense... If it's done really well, people forget about it and that it's necessary. The better we are, the more people forget we exist
