My brain is trying to put it's finger on a concept... a thought... I know what I'm trying to express, and I KNOW there's a word for it... I just don't know if it's even in this language though

Most of the time I end up gesticulating to my wife saying “You know what I mean, right?!” The worst is definitely in the workplace. At home, I get a pass, at work not so much haha.

Ahaha I bet... Thankfully all Swedes speak English pretty much as fluently as they speak Swedish, so basically everyone at my workplace switches between languages all the time!
