If only there was something we could do about all the ones already in the industry that keep getting promoted too
Oh boy... the number of mediocre people I've come across (almost always dudes) that fail upwards is so disheartening. We as a society need to get better at valuing soft skills and calling out empathy-less behaviour in people in power. (And provide training for them to improve!)
