Does anybody else get super intense tingles/shivers up their back when they hear somebody speaking softly behind them? Or even just when you *know* somebody is behind you but they're not making any sounds?
It can get so intense sometimes and I honestly kind of hate it...

Definitely related! But this is a different tickling sensation that I get on the sides of my back (like, the back of my ribs), and it's stroonggg - to the point where I'll shudder and recoil away from it Like, my whole body twitches...
