Definitely! Kinda makes my hair stand up a bit lol
Does anybody else get super intense tingles/shivers up their back when they hear somebody speaking softly behind them? Or even just when you *know* somebody is behind you but they're not making any sounds?
It can get so intense sometimes and I honestly kind of hate it...

I think it's this instinct thing we have for survival. I get it if I just imagine someone watching and a symptom of my social phobia is that I always wear scarves or hoodies to "protect" my neck from watchers. It's a crazy disruptive part of my life T_T
