Hi Anna (from Anna)! We have a lot of plans in development for VALORANT that I think will be steps in a more positive direction (both short term and longer term). I'd love to see the entire industry come together on this. Orgs like Fair Play Alliance are doing great work too. 
I'm glad to hear it! It's such a huge issue we as an industry consistently struggle with that really needs to be prioritised. Otherwise, we're (unintentionally) excluding huge demographics from playing our games unfortunately. I'm excited to see what you do with VALORANT though!
