If companies' leadership was elected, like political leaders are, how would that affect society? How would it affect companies on a both large and small scale? And how would that affect the leadership style that people would try emulate?

Yeah I was thinking along the lines of your first answer. This is kind of how it works already in most big companies though, isn't it?

Yeah. Tbh I think it’s not just about leadership style. I wish more companies were co-ops or at least 51% of the stock was held by employees. I think it would lead to a better balance between a desire for profit and working conditions.
