So many of our world leaders have the emotional intelligence of a sack of potatoes, and yet it's such an important quality for decent leadership any any level!
Toootally! And this goes for leaders at any level - from national heads all the way down to our own daily managers. Emotional intelligence and compassion are such crucial traits for anybody in a leadership position.
