Hey #ADHD peeps in the UK! I have a couple of friends in London who suspect they might have ADHD but have no idea how to get diagnosed or medicated over there. How does one go about doing it all with your healthcare system? Comment with your best tips please!

ADHD diagnosis is a long process IIRC, if it's anything like the Aspergers one was a decade ago. As for "treatment" there is no real treatment for these things IMHO, but the NHS does have some stuff:https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/attention-deficit-hyperactivity-disorder-adhd/diagnosis/ …
My diagnosis was done over the course of a month, with a few different types of doctors (tests & interviews). Wasn't too long or difficult, but it was in Copenhagen. Am hoping things have improved in the UK in the past 10 years too! Treatment is ADHD meds and/or CBT. Pref both...
