‘We believe the jury should have had reasonable doubt - quashed’ - are you shitting me? I was under the impression that appeals courts were to resolve procedural errors, or sentencing issues - not to invalidate a jury verdict without new evidence. What a travesty.
Clearly there's been power at play here. I'm so angry.
