Overworking, because I now literally live in my office & am incapable of stopping what I'm doing once I'm in a good flow & don't have anything to stop my brain and tell it to disconnect. Working until 2 am & then not sleeping enough. Need coping mechanisms before I burn out...

Feeling this. Distractions at home with needing to do more housework (wife is back at uni), and more childcare - I feel less productive during the workday and want to catch up. Then often stay up stupid-late working because I finally feel like I'm getting something done.

Exactly this. If I'm at the office and go stretch my legs or take a coffee break with a colleague, that's fine and I can still clock off normally. At home I feel guilty for any breaks, so I work late to compensate, ending in this late-night spiral. It's not great. Thanks, brain.
