Whenever I've stayed up too late (always) and crawl into the bathroom to brush my teeth before bed & think of skipping flossing, I always think of how many minutes I've spent on Twitter today & then shame myself for not wanting to spend literally 2 min prioritising my own health.
And then when I do it & pull tiny chunks of food out from between my freshly brushed teeth, I'm always like "ew wtf and I was going to SLEEP with those still in there..."
I never thought I'd be grateful to someone for teaching me to shame myself & yet here we are. @callioperyder
Thinking back to all the nights I would go to the effort of turning the tap on, rinsing my toothbrush, and then putting it back to fool my parents into thinking I had brushed my teeth. It would have been easier to just do it... glad I brush my teeth properly now
