Is that ADHD or is it just being distracted by things? Because I get this way too. And it's not a lack of love, it's an intensity of thought towards other things.
Most people probably have a bit of some of the symptoms for ADHD (everything is a spectrum) in some form of another (eg everybody can get distracted). It's when you have a LOT of most of the symptoms that we see a pattern - that you then may want to get evaluated... :)

yeah, most everyone has some of the indicators i don't have it handy but there was a scanned section of a book going around a while back that had a list of things and if you have 15+ ADHD is likely, but everyone does *some* of them

Yep, a quick Google search will give you several similar online screeners! Super recommend for anyone who's uncertain to do, and then take with them to their GP for a referral if they score highly :) (And by super recommend I mean that it changed my whole fucking life...)
