I meet my bestest, oldest friends like 2 times a year. It's like we have an understanding - and when we meet there is like no time has passed. Most "medium-level" friends have given up: There is always Facebook.

Is that ADHD or is it just being distracted by things? Because I get this way too. And it's not a lack of love, it's an intensity of thought towards other things.

Most people probably have a bit of some of the symptoms for ADHD (everything is a spectrum) in some form of another (eg everybody can get distracted). It's when you have a LOT of most of the symptoms that we see a pattern - that you then may want to get evaluated... :)
