I’ve found two particular things that help me are, having the same bag that I take to work every day. If it feels light, I know I’ve forgotten something. The other I believe is from
@broadcity. When I leave my house I always go K, P, W (keys, phone, wallet)
I've stopped carrying a bag altogether 
I no longer buy clothes without pockets, and am now living my happiest pocketed life (#fuckthepatriarchy) which also means less risk of forgetting things everywhere!

I live for pockets, but alas my job is one where I’m on the road a lot (yay variety), so I need to have my life in a bag. I also have small makeup/toiletry sized bags to put everything in so my bag is orderly. My laptop charger is in a wee bag, my medications are in a bag, etc

So good! I think it's funny how people are like "But you can't have ADHD? You're so organised?" And I'm always like "Yeah, I'm this organised literally BECAUSE I have ADHD..."
