Every now and then I start to question the diagnosis, and wonder if it's not something else showing the same symptom set. Then I think about the times I was spotty/sporadic with meds (usually trialing a new regiment), compared to taking a 'known good dose', and see the difference
Oh man, I am so so grateful for meds 
How on earth have I functioned for this long without them?
