The homeless receive a small apartment & counselling – without preconditions. 4 of 5 affected ppl make their way back to a stable life. The belief that people have to prove worthy of help has done incredible amounts of damage to society and killed a hell of a lot of people. Every country needs to do what Finland has. A place to live should be a human right.
