Pretty sure I have ADHD and some form of OCD. So I feel some quiz questions are skewed for me. Although I still got moderately high on the quiz.

Everything manifests itself differently for different people. For example, my distraction when I was little wasn't to run around and cause chaos - it was simply to disappear into books. Everybody is unique. If you suspect you might have it, go chat to your doctor about it!

Is there much benefit in getting it checked out if I’m currently not finding it an issue?
Acknowledging it is important at the least.1 odpowiedź 0 podanych dalej 1 polubiony -

That's completely your own journey & your own decision. I personally found that the more I learnt, the more I recognised things that I'd never realised I struggled with daily. The penny dropped that other people have it a LOT easier & I didn't actually need to struggle with them!

No worries at all. Go ahead and give
@danidonovan a follow too - her posts are super informative and I refer to them a lot (especially all the diagrams in her pinned post) when trying to explain my invisible struggles to people.1 odpowiedź 0 podanych dalej 2 polubione -

And then you realise it doesn't have to always be like that. My psych didn't even flinch when I mentioned my big burnout at 29. She said my brain works 10x harder than a neurotypical brain just to appear normal, and cope with daily stuff - no wonder I was constantly exhausted.
