The more you learn and identify what's "neurotypical" and what's "ADHD" for yourself specifically, the more you're going to start noticing symptoms left right and centre throughout your daily life now haha!

I've had ADHD since I was around.... 12-13 I think? I'm 26 now and the only effects of having ADHD today is being able to talk about anything & everything for long periods of time and making Level Design more sporadic which leads to more creative artistic expression in my work.
Which is a gift and a blessing because I'll stick to few areas of a level then immediately brain goes "BUT WHAT IF I.." Very often. Which either results in me loving or hating what I've designed. I've been working on it though.
