If you're curious, here's a quick test. Ignore where it says to fill in your email and just go straight for the Get Results-button. If you happen to get a high score - go book in a time with your Dr and have a chat about it! BEST. THING. I. EVER. DID.

I've been wondering about this for a few years, I was already diagnosed as a teen and was on meds for a few years, but was told I'd "grow out of it" but still get restless, can't focus on books or long movies, forget all sorts of stuff, misplace my wallet and keys all the time...

ADHD is genetic. You're born with it, and you will have it forever - it's nothing you "grow out of" :) You may, however, as an adult develop coping mechanisms that may suppress your symptoms or make them easier to deal with. But they're definitely still there!
