Honestly the way people talk it about it on here (like you, though not specifically you before today), plus talking to a few friends, made a big difference. I didn't even really have a clear picture of how much it affected me until I saw others talk about it.
We were more focused on Tourette's tics when I was initially diagnosed with my package of stuff, and never really addressed the ADHD because I did well enough in school.
