My new Samsung vibrates all the time, with no notifications appearing. I have no idea what's going on, and it's starting to stress me out...

I remember this. Something is actually happening but I can't remember what it was... if it was the same thing I had.
Pls let me know if you remember... I tried Catch Notify to see if it could let me know what was happening, but it's not logging any notifications. My phone is just heckin going off at random times for no reasons. Or it vibrates 3x (separately) *before* a notification appears?

Maybe this helps Settings -> Battery -> Usage -> Choose App -> Battery Optimization. Sorry if the route is weird, the idea is to get to battery optimization. Android might add this to apps and notifications are turned off or "optimized". Or anything to do with battery might help.

I turned this off for gmail because it was not sending notifications correctly. Only sent high peioeity nail in my case.
