Fully understandable. It's a great metaphor for some "head of whatever" folks, who decide what's relevant (even though they'll rarely use the product) during requirements engineering process and skip the end user. Saw that so many times in business software.

But also in games it seems some usability engineers would be worth to be hired. When I played The Division 2 for the first time, or some other MMOs, item management felt like processing database queries manually one by one ...don't wanna take work home that way
