Absolutely unacceptable, but still none has increased the levels of penalty or decreased the age for juvenile crimes, respectively eliminate this nonsense barrier in cases like this...
It's not just juvenile crimes - similar stories happen all the time for adult rapists too.
Less than 1% of rapes even lead to a conviction to begin with.
This is why so many rapes continue to go unreported; the trauma of it all is simply not worth it.

I know about that statistics. This is one among many articles about it, I've already read. All of them make me wanna throw up. Same goes for any media service, that offers a**holes room to blame the victims by the use of stupid reasons. I was just refering to this article.
