See, I barely use post it’s, but when I do they are super handy - but I fuggen *hate* that overtime one side curls in a random direction because of the gluing. tldr: Want
This won't solve that. That right there is very simply solved by simply peeling them correctly: https://youtu.be/Gq4SFnirMGM (Skip to 0:10) Basically, don't peel them upwards (they'll just curl), rather, lift them diagonally downwards (ie. shearing, rather than peeling).

Nah, that's not the issue I have, I peel them so the peeled ones stay fairly flat already. I mean when they just sit on your desk, relatively unused - I find that in a moderate amount of time, the notes will start to spread (slightly) in a random direction, raising off the pad...
