Omfg a they alternate sticky side??
I really love playing with them - but not as in love with the practicalities of actually writing on them and using them in meetings (ie. having to rotate your paper 180 degrees every time you write down a new idea is annoying af). Buuuuut they're still super fun to play with

This won't solve that. That right there is very simply solved by simply peeling them correctly: https://youtu.be/Gq4SFnirMGM (Skip to 0:10) Basically, don't peel them upwards (they'll just curl), rather, lift them diagonally downwards (ie. shearing, rather than peeling).
