To access hidden games you now have to use the file menu instead of the more obvious and conveniently placed drop down menu in your library to swap between categories including downloads and hidden games 2/pic.twitter.com/eHFefALBYH

However clicking the "Library" button in that same menu actually doesn't take you back to your standard game menu, nor does minimising the hidden category. They've gone and added a new button to take you back to your regular library that isn't accessed from the same menu 3/pic.twitter.com/U2KeHwIuu5

The process for removing a game from a category has roughly increased in clicks by 50% - used to be right click, click categories, then select which categories for the game, with creation of new categories in the same box, along with hiding the game 4/pic.twitter.com/LW6UR4qlPc

Now each category is re-opening the menu, as well as hiding the game and creating a new category (next tweet). I thought the idea of a user interface redesign was to revamp the current one, include more quality of life features, and make things like this quicker to access /do 5/pic.twitter.com/H5AdzkU0Kf

Instead what valve have done is increase the time to remove one game from 2 categories and hide it to 9 clicks instead of 6, hide menu features, move things into different menus for no reason, and confuse the user.
