When it comes to "push" & "pull" doors, Swedes definitely know what's up.
A flat "push" handle on one side, and a thin, round "pull" handle on the other.

I also just noticed that the internal locking mechanism is not one that can be easily tripped by a tool falling on to it, you need to grip and rotate, which would mean a plier tool would be necessary, and then you can't see where you're gripping. Sublime.
So much that goes into designing good doors that we simply don't notice and take for granted!

Right? Like I also just noticed that the door closes onto a stopper that blocks under-door tools and also has a bar at the bottom that would block them if they somehow managed to slip under anyway. Until you start noticing these things they can all be taken for granted easily.
