If it really is so well intended and they insist that they're just being nice, why don't men tell other men to smile?

I don’t want anything outside of the other side of the argument presented. Not all men are out to cause harm. Most men are on your side on this. I’d like to include myself on that list, but it seems I think you getting upset over something so trivial keeps me off of it.
You say you want the same thing as me, while telling me I should be happy that men tell me to smile. Women all over this thread (and all over the internet, all over the world) are saying we hate when men tell us to smile. If you really are on women's side, try listening to them.
