Is the mission to change the name still in place? Because it sounds like King has some pretty tops diversity.
It really does! That doesn't mean it can't get better, naturally, but within one day I saw more types of diverse people in a single workplace than I did in all of Melbourne most weeks...!
At stand-up 1: Of the 6 people present, 4 were women. (1 of the 2 engineers were women.)
At stand-up 2: Of the 10 present, 8 were women. (Both engineers in this one were women.)
This is so refreshing and so NICE!
