If you're 18 and somebody 10+ years older wants to date you - that's not a compliment, that's CREEPY AF. There are so many red flags that you prob won't see until you're older & look back. Don't be flattered that someone older wants to date you - be creeped out. Don't walk, RUN!

I'm 15 years older than my partner and I'm not creepy or a predator. He approached ME first. I didn't go out and prey on him.
The power dynamic is often different when the older party is a woman... I also understand that there are exceptions to every rule. If your relationship is respectful and happy, then great, I'm happy for you.
