Y'all know this is the same kind of logical fallacy as that guy's, right? Physical ad hominem is a bad look for either side of an argument and just brings you down to his level.
You're missing the point. We're pointing out the irony of the common trope of how the men who go out of their way to criticise women's appearances are almost always ones who obv don't put any effort into their own. It's the double standard we're criticising, not his looks per se.
