Thank you to everyone who reached out to make sure I am okay, after a particular thread mentions a woman co-worker of the writer. It hasn’t been difficult for people to work out that it was me.

I’ve discussed some of the struggles I’ve had working at Mountains with people I trust, in situations I felt comfortable. It wasn’t something I was ready to address here.

My start at Mountains was tough. Really tough. I was the first person Ken hired, I was there from the beginning. There were things I would never want anyone to go through, and I never want to be in that situation again.

The relationship Ken and I have is very different now. It’s not always perfect, we’re two very different people. We have both worked hard to get our communication to where it is today.

Ken has changed and grown. These last few days, Ken has checked in on me, calmed me when I was getting anxious, made sure I was okay because he knew this would hit me hard. He apologised again for what happened previously between us.
