How, you ask? Have conversations about these issues w/ other men. Hold your friends accountable. Wherever you see entitlement or shitty attitudes towards women: CALL. IT. OUT. I'm tired of seeing how astoundingly often innocent women are murdered by men who claimed to love them.

I feel as a gender we don't talk about our feelings or even compliment each other very well if at all in some circumstances. I've started a wellness day with my group of friends and every wellness day we post pictures of ourselves and how we are doing that week.
We all compliment each other and help each other through shit or call each other out on it if it's not right. We've been doing it for about a year now and it's been an a great experience and I strongly urge and other groups of guys to do the same.
