Blablabla. A company is nothing else than a team of talents. If these talents decide to obey and crunch instead of asking for better life quality, or go work somewhere else, it's their choice. The employees could paralyze the companies who treat them bad.

They have more power than they think, but they don't use it. They just accept these conditions, and they cry that it's not their fault. Game dev is not an industry where it's easy to recruit. So why are game devs obeying this?

Well, maybe some jobs are easier to replace than others actually. But look at all the programming jobs available in the game industry. From small indy studios to large studios/editors, they all hire.

Oh I love it when people who don't even work in the games industry tell experienced games industry professionals what they should be doing with their careers (And 99.9% of the time, it's dudes doing it. Go figure!)
