What's the best MacBook for web dev? I feel like the Air is powerful enough nowadays. Unless I'm running Slack

You can get them spec-ed it up?! I'm a little iffy with the smaller monitor too, but my real worry is that it's not gunna be powerful enough with sketch/ps/figma, local servers and nodejs stuff all running at once. How well does it go with resource heavy stuff like Unity?
Yeah I maxed out the processor, the RAM, etc etc when I ordered it. It handled the entire Creative Suite and Sketch fine, with music and internet etc at the same time too. Never tried Unity though so can't answer for that!

Trust me it'll be necessary. You can't work on it on just the base specs, it'll be a slow nightmare - the basic Air is made for people who just need to check emails and browse eBay. Def upgrade if you want to do actual dev work on it.
