It's incredible the difference it made to my apartment temperature to simply line my windows with a simple rubber sealer from Bunnings.
Last year my apartment was FREEZING & heaters were permanently on max. This year I'm comfy in a hoodie w/ heat on minimum. 
Cost me under $20, took 20 min to do, has made my apartment so much comfier, and instantly halved my heating bills...
