Can confirm from experience: saniderm is amazing

I've been healing my tattoos like this for the past 2 years and honestly cannot recommend it enough. It makes it so easy - and so much faster too! I love being able to just apply it and then forget all about it!

Yooooo completely unsolicited advice from a tattooer here but you might wanna skip the hustle butter/cling wrap step entirely. Wet healing overnight can trap bacteria in there causing a problem before you out the second skin on. It's better to apply is immediately after the sesh

Interesting, okay! My artist was the one who said this was fine to do - esp since colour pieces will just weep the SecondSkin right off overnight on the first night? I'll read up some more on this though! Thank you :)

It's certainly not a bad way to do it, but in my experience it's unnecessary. It will weep overnight but it's usually just reabsorbed back into the skin during the next day. Some people like to just do a full change of second skin the next day instead.
