They're honestly not actually that painful, and not that big a deal. You should totally get one. Or seven.

Honestly just pick one and roll with it. Within a year or two you'll probably have done them all... 
Absolutely what you said! You start with one but you end up with 15 plus. Before I got my first tattoo, many of the people I talked to said that they were addictive. It didn't make sense at the time but they absolutely are!
