I've almost always bought a prepaid mobile data sim in the country, check out if any local carriers have packages for travellers. It will also depend on what bands your phone supports depending on the carrier and destination
Yeah I was just hoping to avoid the hassle of having to buy 2 different sim cards for 2 different countries, considering I'm only spending 5 days in each...
Good point, that's a bit of wasted time and effort. It'd be nice if our carriers didn't have such crazy fees for roaming, hope someone smarter than me has a better suggestion.

they have like a roaming data plan if you buy in the uk, i think it's like 12/15gb if you end up then using it in sweden btw.

additional, i'd get the £35 one, it's unlimited data for one month but if you then use outside of england in 'roaming regions' (sweden probably is one too) then you get to use up to 12gb. should have said that first time around! :)
