Ugh every time I get called bro or lad in an online game I always have to stop and weigh up whether I have the mental energy to correct them and then deal with the aftermath or if I should just leave it
Yeah I TOTALLY hear you! After ignoring it my while life I've gotten tired that the stigmas/perceptions aren't changing, so I've started doing what I can where I can. It's exhausting, yes. But most guys are receptive; I appreciate that they're starting to think about it at least!
