It's that kind of sleep where I didn't even realise I had fallen asleep until I wake up 
I swear to god I always get the best sleep after lying on my acupressure mat... And I will fall asleep on it within 15 min, 9 times out of 10!
Highly recommended for people struggling with sleep or with tense backs! Regular use will make your back/tension sooo much better...

I got an acupuncture mat as per @annabrandberg's recommendation and I've been using it before bed. I think it's the best, most unbroken sleep I've ever had in my life
