Its so messed up. Ive just gotten into playing Anthem and in doing so have found myself reading alot of the reddit posts and comments on tweets. I feel like theres an angry mob out there with pitchforks. No wonder the devs dont want to interact. Im scared to say I like the game
That's really sad to hear :( This was exactly why Respawn didn't announce Apex Legends either... It's a huge problem that needs to be resolved. Perhaps by other gamers outweighing them with gratitude and positivity?

I think the negativity outweighs the positivity in this situation. Positive comments always get downvoted. Not all games have community reactions like this, but the ones that are seen to have dropped the ball definitely cop it. Especially if they have a bit of a rough rep
