Each one of you has taught me so much - and I am so honoured to have been in this program with you. You're incredible and such powerhouses in your own unique ways, and I cannot wait to see all the amazing things you all go on to do.

To @jenmacl & the @IGDAFoundation - I don't have the words to truly convey how thankful I am to you for creating this program. I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for you; you have been *literally* life-changing. I am so, so grateful to have been given this opportunity.

Also, to anybody considering applying for this program next year - please, please apply. I cannot emphasize enough how impactful and meaningful it has been for me, and I wish everybody could have just as transformative an experience as I have.

Everything I have done this past year - outreach at schools, speaking at industry events, the confidence to push for a promotion, finding fruitful networking opportunities, meeting role models, finding a mentor, etc etc... has all been thanks to this program.

Before #NextGenLeaders, my job was just a job. This program gave me purpose, and gave me the drive to turn it into a career.
