@carriemmhmm and I were musing about this strategy last night.
It's so true. It often feels like most big games companies can do nothing right. Regardless of what they try to create for players, the focus in resultant online conversations is always on the ones that are angry. It would be nice to try shifting the focus & tone moving forward.

I don't know how we come back from this place of players feeling like they have ownership over the vision, or even the studio, but removing the entire conversation is an interesting strategy. It makes me sad that it's come to this. I'm hoping Respawn had a secret closed beta grp.
