first tip: eyebrows are everything! Go to benefit brow bar <3. Get some really good primer while you are there too for your skin base. Marc Jacobs foundation is my go-to. Black eyeliner is hot! Red lipstick never fails and some pink blush is always cute : ) It's so fun!

Seriously I didn’t figure out eyebrows well into my 20s. Find a good eyelid primer which helps with lasting liner. I like Urban Decay primer. Follow YouTube beauty bloggers for more tips and tricks :)
Legit. Eyelid primer is the beginning - end of everything. As are brows. Once you have those two down, everything else will fall into place. +1 for YouTube tutorials, that's where I learnt most of my makeup wizardry. PS. ColorPop also has good quality, ethical makeup for cheap!
