6/ People may have been too afraid to speak up previously, but thankfully, this is changing. Toxic behaviour, and this culture of enabling it, has to end.

7/ To people who have been abusers: Stop. Sit down. Listen. Reflect on how you've hurt people. Contact them privately and apologise. Do not expect an immediate response or forgiveness from them - that is their call. And then change your behaviour.
