Where are my fellow gamedev metalheads at? We don't have enough games touching on metal as a genre/ scene/ aesthetic. Let's fix that. What is your dream metal-themed game?

But relevant! The dude is dangerous as hell. This is the exact subject matter that could be interesting in a game like this though IMO.
My only requirement is that all the characters should be able to wear customisable corpse-paint.
It could be interesting, sure, but psychotic, violent men who murder their bandmates isn't something we need to glorify... There are so many better and cooler things to celebrate in metal that I'd rather focus on personally!

Oh no, sorry I didn’t mean it to sound as if I was glorifying it. More to touch on an denounce it from within the metal scene and through the lens of that time period! It’s a good way to discuss the issues with people like him misappropriating ancient symbolism for their own end.

And I totally respect that and very much agree. There’s a lot of joy and friendship to cover, the community tightness and respectfulness of one another. The unashamed passion for the music and the people that make and perform it, etc...
