isnt EA have like horrible employee practices? and they close down every single studio they buy and own...and make bad games and decisions.
Nope. I actually love my job and work at a supportive and stable studio that makes great games - why else would I be recommending working here to other people that I respect? Feel free to take your faux-concern elsewhere.

I mean many studios like visceral made amazing games and how many of them has EA shut down, I see that you work on mobile games, which usually rank a lot of dough with p2w and stuff so since that market is good then sure its stable. Just dont defend EA.
